Lead the Production team in the Publishing department and maintained PnL while improvising KPIs of LiveOps and games coming through prototype to the Global Launch Stage.

Electronic Arts Games
General QA activities includes embedding within multiple Game Team, Collab and Collect relative information pertaining to feature dependencies and providing such information to respective stakeholders and QA of other teams. Working with APM's to take out different Key Metrics like DAU, Installs, DARPU according to business needs from telemetry and analyzing UA and Monetization based on different existing & new features of the game.
